These Terms set out the rules for using the Quietsuitessummit website and for any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you state that this is accurate. We may ask for photographic identification when you arrive.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where it applies; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless we agree otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay when a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the premises safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Quietsuitessummit or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
